Customers Are Innovation Accelerators

At Austin Linen Service our best customers aren’t the satisfied customers. Our best customers are the ones who want more. They are the ones who reply to our newsletters, who suggest new features, and who bring us problems to solve.

These are the customers who challenge us, who push us to achieve a little bit more. They are the customers who make our service better.

Without them, we would be distracted by the ordinary and routine. We would get complacent with good enough. We would protect ourselves from failure by not reaching too high.

Benjamin Hardy in his bestseller, Willpower Doesn’t Work: Discover the Hidden Keys to Success says, “Success isn’t that difficult; it merely involves taking twenty steps in a singular direction. Most people take one step in twenty directions.”

Very few people mindfully see what others don’t. Easy? No. It’s a mindset.

Because of our customers, we’re always looking forward, innovating, problem-solving, growing, and challenging the status quo.
