When you think about accomplishing really, really great things in your business, a strategy has consequences and affects outcomes. For example, Austin Linen Service has a bold strategy that we are implementing right now. Our plan involves a lot of work which when completed and implemented will allow us to serve more Austin hotels and businesses.

We believe getting things done feels like a pretty good strategy.

What It Means To Succeed

We exist to build great things in the linen service business. Therefore we must be different from and more progressive than all other linen services. We must stand for something.

What Austin Linen Service stands for is an approach to the business that takes on and remedies some of the most notorious pitfalls in laundry and linen services that give the industry a bad name: never-ending list of flaws, unreliable price estimates, delays and slipped schedules, quality of service, etc.

This is why we have not looked at our competitors for ideas or inspiration. We are trying to emulate high-tech companies and what has propelled them. Austin for sure is a proving ground for people who are creating better ways of doing business. That’s what we have committed to be in laundry and linen services.

We want to be smarter, faster, better, safer. We want to exceed all expectations. We have a commitment to keep pushing to get better. We believe in continual self-initiated change, improvement, learning, and advancing our own standards. Because at the heart of every great company is a clear sense of purpose.
