Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING: Please allow 1-2 days to process your order. Expect an email within 48 hours to let you know your order is on the way!

During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the "continue to shipping" button and follow the next steps to initiate the checkout. Once the order is placed successfully you will receive the confirmation email along with your order number.

Orders placed before 9am during store hours 10am-6pm will be delivered within next 2 to 3 days. Orders placed outside of these hours will have one day processing time. When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, and we will refund the full order amount or you can exchange it with any other product listed on our webpage. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way or you are not satisfied with the product, please email us as soon as possible at info@austinlinen.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
